LeeAnn and Phillip live in Roswell, GA – a suburb of Atlanta. Although they hail from West Virginia and the Great State of Texas, respectively, they have called Atlanta home since the early 80s. They KNOW Georgia – from the beaches of Saint Simons Island to the mountains of Blue Ridge, they have assisted clients buy and sell. They know the suburbs to the intown communities.

- Bert’s Big Adventure – Phillip and LeeAnn have five grandchildren and are so thankful that all of them are healthy and thriving. They support Bert’s Big Adventure, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families because we know not all families are as fortunate as us.
- Top Threat Tournaments – LeeAnn’s son Matt is a women’s lacrosse coach who founded Top Threat Tournaments. Top Threat provides a platform for the nation’s girls lacrosse players and teams. Top Threat Tournaments hosts premier girls lacrosse tournaments and showcases predominantly located on the East Coast. Their focus is on building a quality player experience to help athletes reach their full potential. Lacrosse played such an instrumental part in Matt’s life and LeeAnn wants to give back to girls who are following their dream.
- Centennial High School Band – Phillip is a self-described band ’nerd’ who played trombone for the Permian Panthers – the high school made famous by the book, movie and series, “Friday Night Lights”. To pay that band experience forward, besides contributing a portion of our commissions to CHSBand, we love going to concerts, football games and even serving desserts at their coffee house nights!
- Roswell Inc – An economic and business development organization for the City of Roswell, Roswell Inc serves as a catalyst for a sustainable, innovative, and vibrant local business community. Their vision is for Roswell to be the best city in the region for innovative, community-minded businesses and entrepreneurs.
- Roswell NEXT – Encouraging local participation and open dialogue amongst young professionals, entrepreneurs and visionaries to influence the Social, Civic and Economic growth of Roswell by delivering fresh ideas and initiatives that enhance the value of our city.
- Roswell Development Authority – LeeAnn has recently been named by the mayor to the newly formed Roswell Development Authority bringing new and exciting economic opportunities to Roswell.
